Privacy Notice

Visual Backlog is deployed in the form of a Forge App. Visual Backlog does not store customer and/or personal data outside of Atlassian’s infrastructure or the users’s end browser.

Browser

Visual Backlog stores Data Filters (issue type ids, epic ids, status ids, issue link type ids) and Layout Configuration (Layout direction, Layout Strategy, Edge Line Types, View Mode) on the user’s browser.

Logging

Visual Backlog does not log any personal data. Visual Backlog logs exceptions and errors when they occur to enable troubleshooting. The logs are stored in Atlassian’s infrastructure and viewed from the developer console.

Third Parties

Visual Backlog does not send or transmit data to third parties.

Visual Backlog fetches images from some of Atlassian’s domains and third party domains. This necessary for displaying avatars. Currently, Visual Backlog fetches images from:

- "*.atl-paas.net" - "*.atlassian.net" - "*.atlassian.com" - "*.wp.com"
